It's very unfortunate what's happened to Chipotle. They've drastically cut back on the amount of meat they serve, seemingly by almost half. I know they source their meat from supposedly organic and free range farms, so I'm willing to pay a premium for it, but I need to have a decent sized portion. Additionally my latest experience may be the one that steers me away for good. We ordered two bowls, and every single ingredient was cold to the point that it was unappetizing. Also, the chicken wasn't cooked nearly long enough, as it was pink in the middle. I've never had a bad experience at Tijuana Flats, so that will have to be my fast food Mexican restaurant of choice.

Not sure why Chipotle get press............. Very pore design, no noise suppression, unfinished concrete, chairs falling apart, and a bathroom are that looks like it was designed with surplus home depot plywood. On to the food experience, it was a scream fest. Literaly standing in line screaming at the severs to be heard, tinny portions and WE WERE OUT OF SALSA AND WE WERE OUT OF WATER............

This was going to be a 1 star review but the young woman that checked me out redeemed an extra star for going the extra mile and correcting what was turning out to be a really bad dining experience. I eat at Chipotle all the time. Its a great way for me to still eat healthy but not have to wait long for my food. I love their salads especially the dressing. Actually the dressing is a BIG factor in this story cause I was craving it. I love the dressing here its addictive and I was starving and it was late so as soon as I saw this place I stopped. Only 2 people ahead of me when I arrived and I noticed the lettuce was all gone at 9pm. I ask for a salad bowl to go anyways assuming they would have more in the back - WRONG! So the kid says sorry we are out of lettuce but I can give you shredded from where they assemble the burritos. I say yes cause I really want this salad and I didn't want a burrito bowl. I start adding my toppings and they are also out of corn...ugh really!? ok....... I finally get to the end and say can I please have 2 dressings cause one is never enough for me and what was her response - SORRY WE ARE OUT OF DRESSING!!! WHAT!! I was like are you kidding me! I never complain but I was like you guys should close an hour early since you are out of half your product! At that point she made the smart decision to tell the kid at the front to tell people that BEFORE they order (smart move). She ended up comping my salad and I am glad she did because I was about to tell her to keep it and walk out cause I wasn't paying for it. I am never that harsh but I was so hungry and craving this specific salad and they were missing lettuce and the dressing LOL!!

Eat here every week! Chipotle is my life lmao. Food is great! Employees know what they're doing. Only negatives I've seen is they could be a little more friendly and not act like you're just in an assembly line. They want you to name what you're getting not ask. But being frequent, I know what I want. Definitely recommend this place. You won't regret it.

    always fresh and priced reasonable.

There's definitely been a directive from Management to cut back on the portions of the proteins. The counter staff has made a point of putting less and less on the plates. $11 for a rice bowl, a few ounces of shredded meat and a soda is way too much. Your food cost has got to be under 20%. Why cut back on the portions? You are going to lose customers if you keep this up. Staff is friendly and hard working.

This place is filthy. They cant bother to wipe the tables or clean floor. It was hard to find a table that didnt have leftover food on it. If that is what the front of the house looks like I cant imagine how dirty the kitchen must be.

The WORST chipotle... very skimpy with servings, and when customers asks for a little more you will get a bad attitude and might ended up with a sour cream soup!

Arrived at 9pm and the dining areas both inside and outside were trashed. The food was OK but I feel this location is stingy with their portions. I don't even bother ordering guacamole anymore because they never fill the cup up. Chips were fresh but they lacked that Limey-salt taste I usually love. The staff had no personality. When the woman above me showed up early for her Take-Out the Cashier sounded annoyed. Ok for tonight but I prefer the Linton location.

eeeeeeeeeewwwwwwww, the chicken was rubbery and very, very chewy. I literally had to spit it out. I wanted a rice bowl but the rice was so oily I decided to skip it and had the tacos. People rave about Chipotle and I see folks lined up outside the door all the time so I don't get it. Maybe it was this locale in particular so I would have to give another spot a try but I am still so grossed out, I doubt I will be able to bring myself to do that!

It was a good restaurant that I always go and they changed their portion size, staff got rude. Now I will stop to go there and I will share a photo of a portion of barbaqoa bowl. I love the food but sorry I cannot do it anymore I spend 12 dolars with drink and guacamole.

This restaurant is empty half the time and because of that the food is cold and portions on meat here are very small. We had cold and raw meat given to us tonight and unfortunately I will not be returning to this location and possibly not Chipotle again as Tijuana flats and Pollo Tropical are just better options.

Looking for: A) rude high school servers with resting bitch face, B) entitled attitudes coming out of nowhere (fast food must really create a pedestal), C) beans & tacos served with hateful/piercing glares worthy of the Westboro Church, and D) lots and lots of food mistakes with your order? Congrats, you've found the perfect Chipotle location! Btdubs, to the fake blonde in a ponytail with resting b*tch face (RBF) who glares at each customer, do realize that you're no Regina George. I mean, no offense, but you're working at Chipotle. ;) One star for the beautifully atrocious service. It's your lucky day if you want tacos served up with a slice of high school attitude and hateful glares to absolutely liven up your mood. I mean, the only real reason you choose this Chipotle out of all the locations in Boca Raton has to be because you're a truly desperate masochist, right? Cheers! :)

The tacos i've ordered were just tasteless, no flavor and they don't even know how to make a decent taco, eating my 3 tacos was the same experience, tortillas were super cold, i asked to change my tacos but that was worthless because again they came super cold and when i was handling my tacos, they always broke from the down part of the tortilla

I'm generally a fan of Chipotle, but this was my first visit to this particular location. They were kind of a mess. It was during the lunch hour, but they were forgetting to give people essential items in their bowls (such as chicken). I usually get a veggie bowl, and the guy barely gave me any, so I had to ask for more. One little-known secret I recently discovered is that veggie bowls (and probably burritos) come with guac, which I love. Will I go to this location again? Probably but only because it's really close to my office. Would I recommend it? Probably not. They were just a disaster.

God please grant this chipotle the employees to roll a proper burrito. Not a chode or leaking enchiladas Why can't the last person ever roll a burrito?! Great chipotle and location. Workers are always up to par, however, I find it very displeasing when the final person in the burrito assembly line cannot roll a darn burrito. Wth!

The location was rather clean and the staff seems up beat about half the times I have been to this location, and other times they are very grumpy. The food is ok, but it tends to be more on the cold side, and with it being precooked meat, if it drops below a certain temp, bacteria starts to breed, so I would not suggest going to this location if you have a weaker immune system, or if you live closer to a better location as this one seems like sub par.

Generally excellent food, but I agree with some of the other reviews that sometimes you wonder how smart they are. When they try and to make your order they tend to rush ahead of you and therefore make mistakes. I tend to try and slow them down so that they can understand what I want before slopping it on. Otherwise, It is a great place, and always very busy.

I was pretty hesitant to eat here after reading all the negative posts, but I started a new job and I love chipotle so here I am. It's fine! The staff is nice! My portion was standard and it tastes the way it always does. Oh and I found parking, that's a big plus from my previous lunch spot on Andrews and Powerline. I'll definitely be back.

Skimpy burrito..Manager didn't recognize a valid ID.. Was very rude and impolite and after stressing, went right outside to smoke a cigarette.. poor manager=poor establishment

Food seems fresher and a lot more tasty here than at other Chipotle's around. Twice the size of the one on Glades Road and the lines are always short. Great and friendly service always. Everyone must try the bowl with chicken and barbacoa. Its to die for. And the CHEESE!!

Small portion sizes but happy with the location: very ideal! Prices are standard! Venue while small is sufficient.

Great simple food but a recent drop in the collective staff IQ is really obvious. I'll still come back for convenience but if there are more than 2 people in line, I'll go next door to Italio.

I am in this area often for business and wanted to go to Chipotle but not fight the lines at the one on Glades. The service here is slower than most other locations and not as organized. Not sure why, it's a smaller store and the line was not long.

i love chipotle and could not have been more excited when i found out that one was opening right near my house. However, this particular Chipolte has been a bit of a disappointment. Many times I have come and been told that they are out of guacamole!!! I almost walked out of the place, I didn't know what to do!! My next issue is the rolling of the burrito. My last experience was very disappointing. A new employee was rolling the burritos (and I understand we al have to learn at some point) but it was so terrible that the manager had to come over. I had expected the manager to remake the burrito as the entire thing was falling apart. When I pointed out that the burrito was falling apart and I was looking concerned, he told me that I had too much stuff in my burrito. I'm sure others have been bigger and also thanks for pointing that out. He simply added to pieces of tinfoil and sent me on my way!

I am a HUGE Chipotle fan, but unfortunately this Chipotle is the one that's across the street from me. I'm a student at FAU and there's no better place to get a TON of food for $7 than Chipotle. Chipotle is delicious and I would give almost any other one 5 starts, but the reason I'm giving this one 4 stars is because they suck. They're super slow and are horrible at rolling the burritos. Don't get me wrong, it still tastes awesome and I'm there probably 3 or 4 times a week. The manager even recognizes me and gives me free stuff every once in a while for being so loyal. Great restaurant with bad service.

Good food, good service but dirty floors, dirty bathroom. A girl in the back playing with her her while every body working hard. An another kid with his e-cigarette while he is doing prep

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
